WPM manages nearly 25,000 homes in the Mid-Atlantic region, so there’s always exciting news to report about our people and properties.
WPM Real Estate Management, one of the region’s leading property management firms, began managing two additional residential communities in Baltimore in early January: Nelson Kohl Apartments and Ministry Lofts at St. Michael’s.
A certified green community in Station North, Nelson Kohl Apartments has 103 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment homes with upgraded finishes including quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Built in 2018, the property is steps away from Baltimore’s Penn Station in the heart of the arts and entertainment district. Amenities include bike storage, a rooftop lounge, 24-hour fitness facility, a business center, and library among others.
Ministry Lofts at St. Michael’s is located in Upper Fells Point, blocks away from Johns Hopkins University and Baltimore's Inner Harbor. This historical building’s 37 units were fully renovated in 2019 and feature studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom floor plans. Each home includes a full-sized washer and dryer with some homes featuring built in wall-to-wall barrister-style shelving. The community also offers off-street parking, a fitness center, courtyard, resident lounge and more.
“Adding value for our clients and residents is at the core of our mission, our values, and our operations,” explains Melissa Gambuto, WPM President of Multifamily Real Estate. “These communities each have unique characteristics and environments. WPM was selected to manage them because of our success with both traditional and non-traditional multifamily assets throughout Baltimore. We’re excited to welcome them to the WPM family.”
